At the end of May 2024, I visited the north of the most beautiful island of Canaries, Tenerife. The home of breathtaking landscapes that offer an unforgettable experience. Strolling on the stony beaches while enjoying the sunset was just incredible. Looking for a place to relax and unwind, I appreciated the calmness of the botanic garden in Icod de los Vinos with its majestic Draco Milenario, the over eight hundred years old palm. Not to forget the local colorful culture. Being lucky, I spent a few hours among the locals in a petit village celebrating the Day of the Canary Islands. The thrilling views from the towering mountains and the opportunity to witness the wonders of nature in Parque Loro provide a much-needed escape from the daily stresses of life. In addition, the picturesque moon-like terrains of the volcano El Teide offer a glimpse into the past, allowing us to experience the view that existed before humans walked the Earth.
